Senior Specialist, AI Product Change Enablement

About the role

Based in Hyderabad, the Senior Specialist, AI Product Change Enablement will drive adoption of AI tools across the enterprise, with a primary focus on the GPTeal Gemini Enterprise product line. The role partners with product, learning, and business teams to make AI accessible, practical, and valuable for global employees.

Key responsibilities

• Support rollout of GPTeal Gemini Enterprise and related products through challenges, micro‑learnings, onboarding, and change‑management frameworks.
• Conduct change assessments, design enablement programs, and create multi‑channel communications to increase AI tool usage.
• Maintain and develop user‑focused content such as cheat sheets, how‑to guides, videos, FAQs, and infographics.
• Provide white‑glove support to the Gemini Influencer Network, triage issues, and drive long‑term adoption.
• Track adoption KPIs, report findings, and collaborate with product managers, AI teams, and L&D to translate capabilities into daily workflows.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Business, Marketing, HR, Communications, Information Systems, Engineering or related field.
• 5‑7+ years of experience in change management, digital transformation, or organizational effectiveness.
• Strong knowledge of change‑management methodologies (e.g., Prosci ADKAR, Kotter).
• Proven ability to develop executive communications and stakeholder‑engagement strategies.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.

Required skills

• Experience with Gemini Enterprise and Microsoft Copilot.
• Familiarity with hyper‑automation technologies such as RPA and Intelligent Automation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and data‑analysis tools.
• Experience using Microsoft Viva Engage for community management.
