Senior SMSF Accountant (Remote – Pune, India)

About the role

Stake is seeking a Senior SMSF Accountant to join its Stake Super team in Pune, India. The position is fully remote and focuses on delivering high‑quality financial statements, tax returns and compliance for a growing portfolio of self‑managed superannuation fund (SMSF) customers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of SMSF clients, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and regulatory compliance.
• Prepare annual financial statements, tax returns and other statutory reports for diverse SMSF structures.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Operations and Accounting teams to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.
• Build and maintain relationships with auditors, regulators and internal stakeholders.
• Contribute to the scaling of Stake’s SMSF service offering through continuous improvement initiatives.
