Senior Service Engineer – Centrifugal Compressors

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Service Engineer to lead installation, commissioning, maintenance and customer support for centrifugal compressors. The role involves hands‑on technical work, training customers, and generating service revenue while ensuring high reliability of rotating equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform installation, commissioning and start‑up activities for centrifugal compressors at client sites.
• Conduct routine maintenance, inspections, alignment and troubleshooting of rotating equipment.
• Oversee overhaul projects and ensure equipment operates to specification.
• Provide customer training, prepare documentation and generate detailed service reports.
• Maintain mobility and adaptability to travel to multiple locations as required.
• Identify opportunities to generate service revenue through proactive support.

Required profile

• Extensive experience with centrifugal compressors and other rotating equipment, including maintenance, alignment, troubleshooting and overhauls.
• Basic knowledge of electrical and instrumentation systems with the ability to read wiring diagrams and schematics.
• Strong communication skills for effective customer interaction and training.
