Senior SDET – Automation Engineer (Remote, India)

About the role

SavvyMoney, a US‑based fintech leader, is seeking a Senior Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) to work 100 % remotely from India. The role focuses on hands‑on design, development and maintenance of automated test frameworks for our credit‑score and personal‑finance platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop reusable automation frameworks and scripts using appropriate tools and technologies.
• Maintain and improve existing test suites, updating scripts to reflect application changes and optimizing execution.
• Execute automated tests, analyse results, and collaborate with developers to resolve defects.
• Document test plans, cases and procedures, and perform regression testing after code changes.
• Drive automation testing discipline across development and QA teams in an agile environment.

Required profile

• 6+ years of experience building automated testing frameworks.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a fast‑pace, start‑up mindset.
• Effective communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration.

Required skills

• Selenium, JUnit, Cucumber.
• Python, Java, JavaScript scripting.
• Unit, integration and regression testing concepts.
• Debugging of front‑end and back‑end applications.

What we offer

• Annual fixed salary between 20 L and 25 L INR, plus variable compensation.
• Fully remote work with overlap to Central US time zones.
