Manager, Solution Configuration – Remote (India)

About the role

SavvyMoney, a leading US‑based fintech, is looking for a Manager, Solution Configuration to work 100% remotely from India. You will join a distributed team across the USA, Canada, Europe and India, with working hours that overlap the U.S. Eastern Time Zone.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a large configuration team handling high‑volume, technically complex partner implementations.
• Build and maintain a capacity model, forecast workload, assign tasks, and ensure on‑time delivery.
• Own configuration timelines, identify risks early, and collaborate with Implementation Managers, Engineering and Product to remove blockers.
• Define, document and continuously improve the configuration process, standardising work with templates, checklists and automation.
• Administer Jira and Confluence for the team, creating workflows, automation rules, JQL filters and dashboards, and enforce ticketing standards.

Required profile

• BS/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or equivalent.
• 7+ years in technical project or delivery management, including 3+ years managing a team of 10+.
• Expert‑level Jira and Confluence administration (workflows, automation, JQL, dashboards).
• Experience leading distributed teams across multiple time zones.
• Strong written and verbal English communication and willingness to work overlapping U.S. Eastern hours.
