Senior SAP EWM Consultant

About the role

We are looking for an experienced SAP EWM Consultant to support complex warehouse management processes across our global business units. The role involves providing L2/L3 support, troubleshooting critical incidents, and driving continuous improvement initiatives within the warehouse domain.

Key responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 support for SAP EWM incidents, service requests, and problem management.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex EWM issues within SLA timelines.
• Investigate business process issues related to inbound/outbound processing, putaway, picking, replenishment, physical inventory, cross‑docking, slotting, wave and yard management, and labor management.
• Gather requirements from business users and deliver effective functional solutions.
• Support integration topics including SAP EWM ↔ S/4HANA/ECC, and cross‑module interfaces (MM, SD, PP, QM, TM, RF Framework, MFS).
• Handle EDI/IDoc interfaces and perform root‑cause analysis with detailed solution documentation.
• Participate in testing activities (Unit, SIT, UAT, Hypercare) and drive automation initiatives.
• Collaborate with global and cross‑functional teams across different time zones.

Required profile

• Engineering background.
• 6‑7+ years of experience, with at least 5‑6 years in SAP EWM.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and experience handling high‑priority production issues and customer escalations.

Required skills

• SAP EWM configuration and support.
• SAP S/4HANA and SAP ECC integration.
• Cross‑module knowledge: SAP MM, SAP SD, SAP PP, SAP QM, SAP TM, SAP RF Framework, SAP MFS.
• EDI and IDoc interfaces.
• ABAP debugging and SAP Notes implementation.
