Senior Salesforce Architect

About the role

Serve as the technical authority for Salesforce and CPQ-CLM within Commercial Operations, leading CRM integration and supporting the Sales organization during US Eastern business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Own the Salesforce architecture, including data model, security, automation, and release strategy.
• Lead CRM integration initiatives with enterprise systems, managing APIs, middleware, and error handling.
• Manage and evolve the Service Jira integration, covering workflows, field mapping, sync monitoring, and issue resolution.
• Design, configure, and optimize Salesforce CPQ and CLM, including product and pricing rules, approvals, quote templates, and contract lifecycle.
• Provide Tier 2/3 support for Sales users, resolve issues, and identify root causes.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
• 10+ years of Salesforce experience with 5+ years in an architect or lead technical role.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to explain technical topics to non‑technical users.
• Excellent written and verbal English; ability to work independently in a remote, cross‑time‑zone team.

Required skills

• Salesforce (Enterprise setup, Apex, Flow, LWC, declarative configuration).
• Salesforce CPQ and CLM knowledge.
• Integration experience (REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, Workato, Jira).
• Service Cloud and DevOps tooling (Git, CI/CD).
• Relevant certifications (Salesforce Application Architect, System Architect, CPQ Specialist).
