Senior QA Engineer

About the role

Britive is a leading cloud security startup focused on modern privileged access management. As a Senior QA Engineer you will ensure the highest quality standards for our identity security platform across cloud, on‑prem and emerging AI‑driven environments.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute manual and automated test plans for multiple product releases.
• Collaborate with developers, UI/UX engineers and project managers to deliver a unified user experience.
• Review and maintain test artifacts such as requirements, specifications, test cases and traceability matrices.
• Work closely with the Performance Testing team and ensure release‑level testing compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement of quality metrics and reporting.

Required profile

• 6–9 years of experience in quality engineering, preferably in security or Identity & Access Management products.
• Proven ability to design customer‑centric test use cases and adapt to a fast‑moving environment.
• Experience owning, planning and managing quality activities across multiple product lines.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies and sprint‑based reporting.

Required skills

• Test automation using Selenium and RestAssured.
• Programming in Python.
• Frontend testing of JavaScript/React applications.
• Performance testing tools such as JMeter.
• Understanding of quality engineering metrics and reporting.
