Senior Python & Jenkins Automation Engineer (CI/CD)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Python Developer to lead automation initiatives and CI/CD pipeline development at Bosch Global Software Technologies. The role focuses on building scalable Python applications, integrating Jenkins pipelines, and delivering actionable dashboards that improve software delivery efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable Python applications and services.
• Build and manage Jenkins jobs and pipelines for reliable CI/CD workflows.
• Automate build, test, and deployment processes to accelerate development cycles.
• Create dashboards and reporting tools using Jenkins output data to monitor build health, test results, and code quality.
• Implement data pipelines to collect, process, and visualize verification & validation metrics for developer feedback.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify bottlenecks and improve delivery processes.
• Integrate testing frameworks and validation techniques within Jenkins pipelines.
• Ensure code quality through reviews, testing, and adherence to best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in CI/CD pipelines and automation scripts.
• Document processes, workflows, and technical solutions for stakeholders.

Required profile

• 7+ years of hands‑on experience in Python development.
• Strong background in DevOps, CI/CD, and automation.
• Proven ability to design and maintain Jenkins pipelines.
• Experience creating dashboards and visualizing metrics.
• Excellent collaboration skills with developers, testers, and DevOps engineers.
