Senior Project Manager – Pharmaceutical Development

About the role

Azurity Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead cross‑functional pharmaceutical development programs from concept through commercialization. The role coordinates internal teams and external partners to ensure projects meet timelines, budgets, quality standards, and business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Coordinate R&D, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Supply Chain, Commercial, and external partners (CMOs, CROs, CDMOs).
• Manage schedules using critical‑path analysis and identify opportunities to accelerate timelines.
• Track progress, milestones, risks, dependencies, and action items; resolve issues promptly.
• Lead project governance meetings and provide status updates to senior leadership.
• Facilitate technology transfer, development, validation, registration, and launch activities.
• Oversee external service providers to ensure deliverables are met.
• Support budget planning, forecasting, and cost management.
• Ensure compliance with quality systems, regulatory requirements, and company procedures.
• Prepare project reports, management presentations, risk assessments, and executive summaries.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related discipline.
• 8–15 years of experience in pharmaceutical product development and technical operations.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage complex projects.
