Senior Programming & Scheduling Expert – Bridge Projects

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Programming & Scheduling Expert to lead planning, programming, and scheduling of major bridge projects. The role requires extensive civil works experience, strong technical background, and leadership to deliver large‑scale infrastructure on time.

Key responsibilities

• Develop detailed work programs and schedules for major bridge projects, aligning with goals and timelines.
• Utilize advanced scheduling tools such as Primavera and MS Project to optimize resource allocation.
• Monitor and update schedules regularly, addressing delays and changes.
• Coordinate with design, engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure seamless integration.
• Identify critical paths, milestones, and dependencies to ensure timely delivery.
• Conduct regular progress reviews and implement corrective actions.
• Provide technical guidance and leadership to project teams.
• Analyze schedule impacts of claims, variations, and unforeseen circumstances.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent).
• Post‑graduation or certification in Construction Management.
• Minimum 10 years of civil works experience on large infrastructure projects.
• At least 7 years as a Construction Planning Expert or Project Manager on major bridge projects.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Primavera scheduling software.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project.
• Knowledge of international construction scheduling standards.
• Project management certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 (preferred).
