Senior Product Manager

About the role

Coupang is seeking a senior product manager to lead the vision, strategy and execution of fraud detection and management within the post‑purchase experience. The role will shape product road‑maps, define KPIs and collaborate across teams to deliver high‑impact solutions for our e‑commerce platform.

Key responsibilities

• Own product vision, strategy, roadmap and KPIs for fraud detection and management in the post‑purchase domain.
• Manage the full product lifecycle from concept through launch, including writing requirements, defining use cases and setting success metrics.
• Define new projects with clear goals and timelines, coordinating multi‑party communication and detailed project management.
• Inspire and align cross‑functional teams around the product vision to bring features to market.
• Drive continuous improvement by running A/B tests and conducting impact analysis on shipped features.

Required profile

• 10+ years of product management experience with a proven track record of delivering compelling product visions.
• Analytical thinker comfortable in a fast‑paced, data‑driven and ambiguous entrepreneurial environment.
• Demonstrated ability to work with cross‑functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Bias for action and willingness to get hands dirty to achieve results.
• Strong business judgment, superior verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to influence stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Statistics or equivalent experience.
