Senior Process Executive – Banking/Insurance (Walk‑in)

About the role

Infosys BPM is hiring a Senior Process Executive for its Financial Services operations in Bangalore. The role involves executing banking and insurance transactions in line with strict guidelines, meeting service level agreements, and acting as a liaison between internal teams and external vendors.

Key responsibilities

• Execute complex transaction batches accurately within defined SLAs.
• Prioritize and schedule work based on task complexity to meet deadlines.
• Identify errors in transaction records and initiate corrective actions.
• Independently manage individual cases, ensuring minimal rework and high quality.
• Handle all incoming operational volume, including account updates and conversions.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory and legal requirements throughout transaction processing.

Required profile

• Any graduate (full‑time) with 1‑2 years of relevant experience.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
• Willingness to work night/US shifts (09:30 PM – 06:30 AM).
• Rotational week offs.
• Ability to work onsite five days a week.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Strong computer literacy with customized applications.
