Senior PMO – Business Transformation

About the role

Capco is seeking an experienced Senior PMO to lead end‑to‑end delivery of large‑scale business transformation initiatives for banking and financial services clients. The role combines strong project governance with hands‑on delivery ownership, requiring close collaboration with senior business and IT stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full program lifecycle from planning through execution to closure, ensuring delivery aligns with agreed outcomes.
• Define and drive governance frameworks, executive dashboards, risk and issue tracking, and reporting mechanisms.
• Support large‑scale banking transformation projects, maintaining accurate data across all sources.
• Plan resources, track budgets, manage forecasts, and ensure financial guardrails are respected.
• Assess change requests, manage impacts, and facilitate change control across global markets.
• Engage senior stakeholders across business and IT to align priorities and drive decisions.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in project governance and delivery, preferably in banking or financial services.
• Strong delivery ownership mindset (SVS PMO) rather than a coordination‑only role.
• Proven ability to handle multiple senior stakeholders and translate program outcomes into business value.
• Experience with fraud risk management is a plus.
