Senior Manager – Packaging Machinery Projects

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Manager to lead the delivery and optimisation of packaging machinery for both greenfield and brownfield projects. You will be responsible for ensuring on‑time, in‑full (OTIF) delivery, driving automation, and maintaining zero product and pack deviations.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, source, and guarantee OTIF delivery of packaging machines for new and existing sites.
• Lead requirement analysis, prepare technical specifications, conduct vendor discussions and perform technical bid analysis to select suppliers.
• Define design and EHS standards for packaging equipment and ensure compliance throughout procurement and installation.
• Oversee FAT, SAT and site coordination to achieve smooth commissioning.
• Drive machine upgrade projects to boost output, optimise manpower and enable data capture.
• Conduct regular site visits to identify improvement opportunities and harmonise performance across lines.
• Support recruitment, training and capability building for teams operating modern packaging equipment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 2–15 years of experience with packaging machinery, automation or industrial equipment, preferably in FMCG, food & beverages or manufacturing.
