Senior Manager – IT & Digitalization (Deputy GM)

About the role

The IT Functional Head for Digital Transformation & S/4HANA will lead Bosch Rexroth India's strategic shift toward a fully digital enterprise. Reporting to global IT leadership, you will shape the vision, drive adoption of cutting‑edge technologies and ensure the S/4HANA platform becomes the core of our business operations.

Key responsibilities

• Define and communicate a comprehensive digital transformation strategy aligned with global IT goals.
• Lead the planning, implementation and continuous optimization of SAP S/4HANA, promoting a Fiori‑first approach and embedded analytics.
• Monitor emerging technologies such as AI, IoT, Cloud, Automation and Analytics, evaluating their fit for the organization.
• Oversee solution architecture, governance, security and scalability of the S/4HANA landscape.
• Manage a portfolio of large‑scale digital projects, ensuring disciplined execution, budget adherence and measurable business outcomes.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in IT transformation within a global, diversified industrial environment.
• Deep business acumen combined with strong technical expertise in enterprise ERP systems.
• Ability to act as a change agent, inspiring cultural adoption of digital tools.
