Senior Manager / Deputy General Manager – Plant Operations

About the role

The position is responsible for defining and executing the long‑term vision of the Bidadi plant, driving systematic obsolescence management, agile tools, and review mechanisms to meet key performance indicators.

Key responsibilities

• Promote rapid diagnosis, troubleshooting and quick response to machine issues to improve MTTR, MTBF and overall machine availability.
• Develop and enhance competencies of the workforce in critical maintenance areas, incorporating digital skills such as AI, IoT, Industry 4.0 and data analysis.
• Manage MAE obsolescence, implement predictive and preventive maintenance strategies, and benchmark maintenance activities across the International Production Network.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in manufacturing maintenance, reliability engineering and technical availability management.
• Proven ability to lead competence development programs and drive digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on lean, flat organization and supply‑chain excellence.
