Senior Manager / Deputy General Manager – IT & Digitalization

About the role

We are looking for a senior IT leader to drive digital transformation and serve as the functional head for the S/4HANA platform at Bosch Rexroth India. The role will shape the technology roadmap, align it with business objectives, and champion innovative solutions across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Define and communicate a clear digital transformation strategy that leverages S/4HANA as the digital core.
• Lead the design, implementation and optimisation of S/4HANA modules across business functions.
• Drive change management initiatives to embed new processes and technologies.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless integration of IT solutions with operational requirements.
• Monitor performance metrics and continuously improve digital services to support efficiency and sustainability goals.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in large‑scale digital transformation projects.
• Deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA architecture and implementation.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business needs into technology solutions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
