Senior Legal Executive – Land Litigation

About the role

We are seeking an experienced legal professional to lead land litigation and related legal matters for a leading real estate development company in Ahmedabad. The role requires independent handling of cases, coordination with government authorities and advocates, and support for land acquisition activities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage land litigation before Revenue Authorities, Civil Courts, High Court, GRT, SSRD, and other statutory bodies.
• Draft and review legal notices, pleadings, appeals, affidavits, legal opinions, and related documents.
• Oversee land revenue, RTS, tenancy, NA permissions, title verification, due diligence, and land acquisition processes.
• Coordinate with advocates, government departments, and revenue authorities while advising management on legal strategy.
• Conduct legal research, maintain litigation records, and ensure compliance with land and property laws.

Required profile

• LL.B. or LL.M. degree.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in land litigation, preferably with a real‑estate developer.
• Proven ability to handle complex litigation and interact with government agencies.
