Senior Legal Advocate – Litigation & Corporate Affairs

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Legal Advocate to lead litigation and corporate legal affairs for our organization in Pune. The role involves representing the company across courts, tribunals and handling complex legal matters.

Key responsibilities

• Independently handle and supervise litigation and court proceedings.
• Represent the company before High Courts, District/Civil Courts, Commercial Courts, Tribunals and Labour/Industrial Forums.
• Draft and review pleadings, legal notices, petitions, appeals, affidavits and other legal documents.
• Handle arbitration, mediation, dispute resolution and settlement matters.
• Provide legal advice on corporate/commercial contracts, agreements and MOUs.
• Manage property/real estate legal matters, including title, lease, possession and development disputes.
• Manage employment/labour disputes and related legal matters.
• Conduct legal due diligence, risk assessment and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate and manage external advocates, Senior Counsel and law firms.
• Advise senior management on litigation strategy, legal risks and dispute resolution.

Required profile

• LL.B. degree (mandatory) with valid Bar Council enrollment as required.
• 15–20 years of relevant legal experience with strong litigation exposure.
• Proven experience handling High Courts, Commercial Courts, Tribunals and Arbitration.
• Demonstrated ability to draft legal documents and negotiate settlements.
• Strong knowledge of Indian laws and legal procedures.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
