Senior Legal Advocate – Litigation & Corporate Affairs

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Legal Advocate to lead litigation and corporate legal affairs for our organization. The role involves representing the company across various courts and tribunals, providing strategic legal counsel, and managing complex legal matters.

Key responsibilities

• Independently handle and supervise litigation and court proceedings.
• Represent the company before High Courts, District/Civil Courts, Commercial Courts, Tribunals and Labour/Industrial Forums.
• Draft and review pleadings, legal notices, petitions, appeals, affidavits and other legal documents.
• Manage arbitration, mediation, dispute resolution and settlement matters.
• Provide legal advice on corporate/commercial contracts, agreements and MOUs.
• Handle property and real‑estate legal matters, including title, lease, possession and development disputes.
• Oversee employment and labour disputes.
• Conduct legal due diligence, risk assessment and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate external advocates, senior counsel and law firms.
• Advise senior management on litigation strategy, legal risks and dispute resolution.

Required profile

• LL.B. degree (mandatory) with valid Bar Council enrolment.
• 15–20 years of relevant legal experience with strong litigation exposure.
• Extensive experience handling High Courts, Commercial Courts, Tribunals and Arbitration.
• Strong knowledge of Indian laws and legal procedures.
• Proven ability to manage senior counsel and external law firms.
