Senior Hyper Automation (RPA, AI/ML) Developer/Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Hyper Automation Developer/Engineer to lead the design and implementation of advanced robotic process automation (RPA) solutions enriched with artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) capabilities. The role involves translating complex business processes into automated workflows and mentoring junior team members.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse intricate business processes and identify automation opportunities.
• Design and develop RPA solutions using tools such as Power Platform, UiPath, and Automation Anywhere.
• Integrate AI/ML algorithms to enhance bot intelligence and process efficiency.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions.
• Mentor junior developers on best practices for RPA and AI/ML integration.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including workflow diagrams and test cases.
• Manage bot deployment, scheduling, monitoring, and error handling.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for deployed bots.
• Stay current with emerging RPA and AI/ML technologies and propose improvements.

Required profile

• 4‑5 years of hands‑on experience delivering RPA projects.
• Strong understanding of AI and ML concepts and their application in automation.
• Proven ability to work independently and lead technical initiatives.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
