Senior Hyper Automation (RPA, AI, ML) Developer/Engineer

About the role

Bosch Group is looking for a Senior Hyper Automation Developer/Engineer to lead the design and delivery of advanced RPA solutions that incorporate AI and machine‑learning capabilities. The role involves analysing complex business processes, building scalable bots, and mentoring junior team members.

Key responsibilities

• Lead analysis of complex processes and identify automation opportunities.
• Design and develop RPA workflows using Power Automate, Automation Anywhere (A360) and integrate AI/ML algorithms.
• Configure and manage RPA environments, including bot scheduling, monitoring and error handling.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to ensure seamless integration of bots into existing systems.
• Mentor junior developers and create reusable RPA components and libraries.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on RPA development experience with Automation Anywhere (A360) and Power Automate.
• Proven experience integrating AI/ML techniques such as NLP, computer vision or predictive analytics into automation.
• Automation Anywhere Certified Advanced RPA Professional (A360) and Power Automate PL‑500 certification.

• AI/ML concepts – NLP, computer vision, predictive analytics.
• SQL and API integration.
• Familiarity with low‑code platforms (e.g., OutSystems) and Gen AI/Chatbot automation.
