Senior HR Manager

About the role

GoL Ventures, a fast‑growing organization operating across travel, cruise tourism, hospitality, MICE, seaplane services and logistics, is seeking a Senior HR Manager to lead its human‑resource function. Reporting to the CEO/Directors, you will shape HR strategy, drive talent acquisition and support a rapidly expanding workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for all departments, including sourcing, screening, interviewing and onboarding.
• Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and maintain a talent pipeline.
• Build and sustain a positive work culture, address employee grievances, and organise engagement activities.
• Oversee attendance, leave, payroll inputs, HRMS data and employee documentation.
• Prepare HR reports and MIS for management review.
• Assist in KPI/KRA implementation, performance tracking and appraisal processes.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws, maintain HR policies and support audits.
• Identify training needs, run induction programmes and coordinate learning initiatives.
• Partner with senior management on workforce planning, organisational restructuring and HR best practices.

Required profile

• MBA/PGDM or equivalent qualification in Human Resources.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in travel, hospitality, tourism, aviation, cruise, logistics or service industries.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee engagement, labour law compliance and payroll coordination.
• Excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Malayalam preferred; English required.
