Senior Graphic Designer

About the role

The Senior Graphic Designer will lead the creation of visual assets for Karrot Cosmetics, a skincare brand that blends natural ingredients with premium design. Working on‑site in Gurgaon, you will translate brand stories into compelling graphics across digital, print, packaging and in‑store channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute visual concepts for social media, website, marketplace listings, advertising and packaging.
• Design Instagram posts, carousel creatives, reel covers, story assets and high‑converting ad creatives for Meta and Google platforms.
• Create banners, festival and campaign visuals, and A/B testing creatives for performance marketing.
• Produce landing‑page graphics and offer visuals that drive conversion.
• Maintain and refine the brand’s visual identity, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
• Prepare production‑ready files, manage multiple design projects and collaborate with marketing, product and branding teams.

Required profile

• Strong graphic design portfolio with brand‑focused and product‑focused work.
• Experience in logo design, branding and visual identity development.
• Proficiency in typography and layout with attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or related field.
• Ability to interpret briefs, present concepts and incorporate feedback constructively.
• Experience in beauty, skincare or consumer‑goods brands is a plus.
• Excellent communication, time‑management and teamwork skills; on‑site presence in Gurgaon required.
