Senior Frontend Engineer – React & TypeScript

About the role

As a Senior Software Engineer – Frontend you will create high‑performance, data‑rich user interfaces for semiconductor equipment software. You will work in Bangalore with global teams, applying React, TypeScript and real‑time data technologies to solve complex customer problems.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop complex UI features in React and TypeScript, including real‑time updates and large‑dataset visualisations.
• Write unit tests and UI automation, integrate with backend services via RESTful APIs and WebSockets, and provide on‑site customer support for feature integrations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with 6+ years of software development experience.
• Minimum 4 years of core product development as a ReactJS developer and strong proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), CSS/SCSS, React and Redux Toolkit.

Required skills

• Experience with real‑time data (Server‑Sent Events, WebSockets) and performance‑sensitive UI rendering (Canvas, WebGL, SVG).
• Hands‑on with RESTful APIs, UI testing frameworks (React Testing Library, Jest, Vitest) and test automation (Playwright).
• Proficient in Git, browser DevTools debugging, and familiar with Java/Spring Boot, micro‑frontends, Webpack Module Federation, Yarn workspaces, Docker, Kubernetes, and Electron.
