Senior Executive Research (IRC)

About the role

The Senior Executive Research (IRC) role supports the Consumer Products Services Division by providing regulatory, technical, and industry information to global teams. The position involves proactive monitoring of compliance issues and responding to research requests.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct research and reference requests for the global team, using online databases, company resources, and direct communication with government agencies.
• Monitor global regulatory and industry developments, track their impact, and disseminate information to internal stakeholders.
• Prepare documents, bulletins, and databases summarising regulations, standards, and competitor activities.
• Develop and maintain the IRC knowledge base, intranet, and related database applications.
• Provide training and support to users on IRC products, policies, and electronic tools.

Required profile

• BE/B.Tech or equivalent technical degree with knowledge of consumer product regulations.
• Approximately 5 years of industry experience in information services, database maintenance, or regulatory research.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with global teams.
• Strong communication, technical writing, and client‑focused attitude.
