Senior Finance Analyst – IMFT Value Management Business

About the role

As a Senior Finance Analyst within the IMFT Value Management Business (VMB), you will help shape finance practices that directly influence patient outcomes and operational excellence. You will work closely with finance, PMO, and business partners to ensure transparent financial controlling and data‑driven decision making.

Key responsibilities

• Perform quarter‑end close activities for assigned projects.
• Maintain and enhance standardized VMB frameworks, tools, and reporting assets such as trackers, dashboards, and governance materials.
• Lead cost‑control tracking across IMFT initiatives, ensuring alignment with approved budgets.
• Prepare executive‑ready reports and presentations for leadership forums.
• Support internal and external financial and compliance audits.
• Drive continuous improvement of financial processes, reporting automation, and data quality.
• Collaborate with IT (JJT), PMO, and business partners to ensure alignment and adoption of finance solutions.
• Ensure compliance with WWP guidance on project spend and capital accounting.

Required profile

• Proven experience in finance analysis, controlling, and reporting within a corporate environment.
• Ability to partner with cross‑functional teams including finance, PMO, and business stakeholders.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data‑driven decision making.
