Senior Event Production Manager

About the role

Meragi is seeking a Senior Event Production Manager to own the end‑to‑end delivery of large‑scale, high‑value wedding events. You will lead on‑ground production, coordinate multiple vendors and internal teams, and ensure flawless execution from planning through dismantling.

Key responsibilities

• Take full ownership of large wedding events, covering planning, setup, execution, dismantling and material returns.
• Lead on‑ground production teams, vendors, suppliers, labour and internal stakeholders.
• Plan and manage timelines, manpower, logistics, equipment, materials and venue requirements.
• Conduct venue visits, measurements, site assessments and detailed production planning.
• Coordinate multiple vendors and teams simultaneously, ensuring smooth cross‑functional collaboration.
• Troubleshoot and resolve last‑minute challenges related to manpower, materials, logistics or execution.
• Ensure proper setup, execution, dismantling and timely return of all event assets.
• Mentor junior Project Managers and production team members.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in project management, event or wedding production, or a similar on‑ground execution role.
• Proven track record handling large‑scale events with complex production needs.
• Hands‑on knowledge of materials, measurements, fabrication, vendors, manpower and logistics.
• Strong leadership, team‑management and multi‑project coordination abilities.
• Excellent problem‑solving, decision‑making and communication skills, especially under pressure.
• Willingness to travel for venue visits and to work flexible, extended hours during event days.
