Senior Engineer – Infra Run & Stability

About the role

Invesco’s Intelligent Automation team is seeking a Senior Engineer to design, implement and scale automation frameworks that ensure the stability of infrastructure services. You will lead modernization initiatives using cloud, AI and automation technologies while handling end‑to‑end task lifecycles.

Key responsibilities

• Own task lifecycle end‑to‑end, delivering on time and preventing backlog aging.
• Design and implement automation solutions using AI, Python, Power Automate, ServiceNow and AWX/Ansible.
• Lead L2/L3 incident resolution and conduct root‑cause analysis.
• Enhance monitoring, alerting and observability to meet security, scalability and reliability standards.
• Proactively manage backlog, resolve stale or misrouted tasks, and coordinate cross‑team dependencies.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of experience in infrastructure and process automation.
• Strong incident management (L2/L3) and problem‑solving abilities.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
