Senior Engineer – Front Line Manager (MFV)

About the role

Bosch’s Jaipur Powertrain Solutions plant is looking for a Senior Engineer who will act as Front Line Manager for the MFV (Motor Fuel Valve) production line. You will lead the shift team, ensure operational excellence and drive safety, quality, cost and delivery targets.

Key responsibilities

• Organise production setup according to the schedule and assign tasks to associates.
• Follow standard procedures, BPS work instructions and adapt primary production activities to meet SQCD targets.
• Conduct daily shop‑floor checks, document safety and quality compliance, and record shift events such as attendance, breakdowns and performance.
• Summarise shift performance and hand over to the next shift manager to ensure seamless continuity.
• Drive performance management, monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in manufacturing or production management, preferably in diesel fuel injection components.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team on a shift basis.
• Excellent problem‑solving attitude and ability to work under pressure.
• Good communication skills and a focus on safety and quality standards.
