Senior Embedded C++ AUTOSAR Adaptive Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Embedded C++ Adaptive AUTOSAR Engineer to design, develop, and deploy high‑performance middleware solutions for next‑generation Software‑Defined Vehicle platforms. You will work on High‑Performance Computing ECUs, building robust, secure, and scalable service‑oriented architectures using modern C++ and the Adaptive AUTOSAR framework.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop embedded software components and middleware using C++11/14/17 and Adaptive AUTOSAR.
• Lead cross‑functional teams, ensuring on‑time delivery and high‑quality work products.
• Implement communication layers (CAN, TCP/IP sockets, J‑1939) and integrate protocols.
• Maintain and improve multithreaded applications and ensure scalability and security of HPC ECUs.

Required profile

• 8‑10 years of software development experience, primarily in embedded C++.
• Strong background in embedded Linux, design patterns, and UML.
• Hands‑on experience with communication protocols (CAN, J‑1939, TCP/IP) and socket programming.
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker), MQTT, gRPC, and ARM architecture is a plus.
