Senior Electrical Assembler - Manufacturing

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Senior Electrical Assembler to join our manufacturing operations in Vadodara. The role focuses on electrical assembly, wiring, testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance for oil & gas equipment. You will work with technical drawings, ensure safety and quality standards, and help improve shop‑floor efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Perform control‑panel wiring, cable routing, harnessing and assembly according to engineering drawings.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, assembly drawings and layouts.
• Conduct testing and inspection using multimeters, insulation testers, continuity testers and other equipment.
• Troubleshoot electrical faults and support corrective actions to minimise downtime.
• Execute torque operations, copper plating, phosphating and related manufacturing steps.
• Configure and support electronic cards and associated components used in production.
• Maintain accurate production, testing and inspection records.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Quality, Planning and Machine Shop teams to ensure smooth flow.
• Participate in continuous‑improvement initiatives such as Lean Manufacturing, 5S, TPM and root‑cause analysis.

Required profile

• B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or Electronics Engineering.
• 1–3 years of experience in electrical maintenance, assembly or manufacturing operations.
• Experience in oil & gas equipment manufacturing, heavy engineering, industrial manufacturing or automotive sectors.
• Knowledge of electrical safety standards and industrial best practices.
