Senior Director – India Country Lead

About the role

Dexcom is seeking a senior leader to head its India operations. The role combines country‑wide engagement, regulatory compliance, facilities management and brand development to drive Dexcom’s growth and impact across India.

Key responsibilities

• Provide country‑wide engagement, ensuring local regulatory compliance and facilities management.
• Create and strengthen Dexcom’s brand presence within India.
• Drive cross‑functional consistency across all business units.
• Develop operational plans, capacity forecasts, budgets, infrastructure and safety policies.
• Measure performance continuously and implement process improvements.
• Define goals, technologies and systems in partnership with functional and matrix leaders.
• Foster a culture of lean, operational excellence.
• Support selection, development and evaluation of personnel for efficient start‑up and ongoing operations.
• Build relationships with local communities, government and stakeholders.
• Operate effectively within a matrix organization.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 17+ years of industry experience.
• 13+ years of successful leadership experience in a relevant sector.
• Proven ability to work in complex or matrix environments.
• Experience directing multiple functional areas or product groups.
