Senior Dietitian / Nutritionist (Clinical Nutrition, Gut & Hormonal Health)

About the role

A Gurugram-based wellness provider specialising in gut health, hormonal balance and personalised clinical nutrition is looking for a Senior Dietitian / Nutritionist. The role offers evidence-based care in a collaborative, impact-driven environment, with a focus on gut and hormonal health.

Key responsibilities

• Assess client needs and create customised nutrition plans
• Provide 1-on-1 counselling for gut, hormonal, metabolic and lifestyle disorders
• Handle cases related to PCOD, thyroid, diabetes, obesity, hypertension and autoimmune issues
• Educate clients on sustainable lifestyle and dietary practices
• Design regionally relevant, practical meal plans and recipes
• Track client progress and modify plans based on outcomes
• Maintain accurate client records and case documentation
• Stay updated with the latest nutrition research and work closely with senior nutrition professionals

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Food & Nutrition / Public Health Nutrition (regular university)
• Master's / PG Diploma in Nutrition preferred
• 2-3 years of experience as a clinical dietitian / nutritionist
• Experience in gut health / hormonal balance programmes, wellness clinics or hospitals, and exposure to personalised nutrition platforms are good to have

Required skills

• Nutrition assessment and personalised nutrition plans
• PCOD/PCOS management, diabetes care, obesity intervention and hypertension management
• Gut health protocols and autoimmune nutrition
• Strong counselling, empathy and interpersonal skills, and analytical case-management ability

The position is full-time and permanent, based in Gurugram, with a stated salary of 25,000 to 40,000 per month.
