About the role

Mastercard’s Product Data & Analytics team is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to drive strategic, data‑centric initiatives across pricing, pre‑sales, and customer success. You will work with global and regional teams to translate complex business problems into analytical solutions that enable better decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement value‑enablement frameworks that optimize pricing strategies and pre‑sales propositions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional and regional teams to tailor data solutions to business needs.
• Lead the development of advanced analytics tools such as ROI calculators and value dashboards.
• Create dynamic, interactive dashboards using Python, SQL, Tableau or Power BI.
• Integrate AI/ML models to improve analytical tool accuracy (good‑to‑have).
• Conduct data integrity checks and ensure high data quality for analysis.
• Develop self‑service analytics tools and predictive models for real‑time insights.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing and delivering data‑driven frameworks for pricing and customer value.
• Strong ability to collaborate with global, regional and cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical mindset with a focus on data quality and reliability.
• Track record of leading advanced analytics projects and driving process automation.
