Senior Data Analyst - AI Evaluation (Life Sciences)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst to lead AI evaluation efforts for life‑science, chemistry and regulatory solutions. You will work with scientific experts and product teams to design evaluation frameworks, especially using an “LLM‑as‑jury” approach.

Key responsibilities

• Define evaluation rubrics, metrics and scenarios across drug discovery, development and regulatory approval.
• Build and curate scientific test sets and benchmarks that reflect real‑world use cases.
• Adapt and validate LLM‑as‑jury evaluation methods for specific products and use cases.
• Conduct manual and automated evaluations, investigate failure modes and provide evidence‑based feedback.
• Document findings, limitations and recommendations for cross‑functional teams.

Required profile

• Strong academic background in life sciences (e.g., bioinformatics, cheminformatics, biochemistry, pharmacology).
• Experience evaluating AI or algorithmic outputs using scientific data.
• Ability to collaborate with product, data‑science and engineering teams.

Required skills

• Python programming for lightweight solutions and workflow automation.
• Familiarity with data flows, APIs and version‑controlled workflows (e.g., GitHub).
