Senior Customer Success Manager – Talent Solutions

About the role

LinkedIn is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to join the Talent Solutions team. In this hybrid role you will partner with account managers to ensure our customers derive maximum value from LinkedIn’s recruiting products, making them a core part of their talent acquisition strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with account teams on prioritized accounts to drive adoption, enhance success, and reduce churn risk.
• Define business objectives with customers, create measurable success plans, and conduct regular ROI and operational reviews.
• Monitor usage metrics, identify low‑utilization areas, and deliver targeted product education and onboarding.
• Act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers on how to leverage LinkedIn solutions to meet their hiring goals.
• Maintain deep knowledge of LinkedIn products and industry trends to recommend relevant features.

Required profile

• Proven experience in customer success or account management within SaaS or talent‑acquisition environments.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret engagement data.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid setting.
