About the role
LinkedIn is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to join its Talent Solutions team. In this hybrid role you will partner with account teams to drive adoption of LinkedIn’s recruiting products, ensuring they become essential components of clients’ talent acquisition strategies.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with account managers on prioritized accounts to increase product adoption and reduce churn risk.
- Define business objectives with customers and create measurable success plans, delivering regular ROI and operational reviews.
- Guide customers through onboarding and complex implementations, ensuring fluency in product functionality.
- Monitor engagement metrics, identify low utilization, and provide targeted education and best‑practice guidance.
- Act as a trusted advisor, helping customers leverage LinkedIn solutions to meet agreed‑upon operational priorities.
- Maintain deep knowledge of LinkedIn Talent Solutions and industry trends to recommend relevant features.
Required profile
- Proven experience managing customer success for SaaS or talent‑acquisition products.
- Strong ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders and influence adoption.
- Excellent analytical skills to interpret usage data and drive actionable insights.
- Effective communication and presentation skills for delivering ROI reviews.
Required skills
- Experience with SaaS product adoption and onboarding processes.
- Familiarity with talent acquisition or recruiting technology platforms.
