About the role

Harmony United Medsolutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Senior Customer Service Executive to join its Hyderabad office. The role serves as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring they receive prompt, high‑quality support and a positive experience with the company’s healthcare services.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for client inquiries, providing information about healthcare services.
• Investigate and resolve escalated issues quickly, maintaining customer satisfaction and retention.
• Conduct follow‑up communications to confirm issue resolution and client satisfaction.
• Handle complex or sensitive complaints as the escalation point.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to address customer needs and improve overall experience.
• Prepare and present regular performance reports, including metrics, trends, and insights.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in international voice calling.
• Graduate from any stream.
• Proven track record of delivering high‑quality customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
