Call Center Executive – Diagnostic Sales

About the role

We are seeking motivated Call Centre Executives to join our Diagnostic Sales team in Hyderabad. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, guiding customers through diagnostic test options, and converting enquiries into bookings.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls related to diagnostic tests and health packages.
• Convert customer enquiries and leads into bookings.
• Explain diagnostic tests, packages, pricing, offers and home sample collection services.
• Follow up with leads to improve booking conversion.
• Maintain good customer relationships and provide accurate information.
• Coordinate with phlebotomists and internal teams for home collection bookings.
• Achieve daily/monthly booking, conversion and revenue targets.
• Maintain call quality and adhere to company processes and compliance guidelines.

Required profile

• Good communication skills in English and Telugu/Hindi.
• Strong customer‑handling and sales abilities.
• Ability to convince customers and close bookings over calls.
• Target‑oriented and comfortable working in a high‑volume call centre environment.
• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
