Senior Canteen Manager

About the role

The Senior Canteen Manager will lead end‑to‑end operations of the canteen and pantry at Bosch's Bannikuppe plant. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality, healthy, and tasty food while optimizing costs and enhancing the overall employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Design and engineer menus, analyze consumption patterns, and control cost per head.
• Supervise food preparation, ensure compliance with SOPs, FIFO practices, and maintain food quality standards.
• Document all canteen activities, guarantee regulatory compliance, and coordinate with cross‑functional teams for seamless operations.
• Coach and monitor the canteen team to improve efficiency, cost management, and service delivery.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing large‑scale canteen or food‑service operations.
• Strong analytical skills for menu costing and consumption trend analysis.
• Ability to enforce food‑safety standards, SOPs, and documentation procedures.
• Leadership capability to guide, coach, and develop a diverse team.
