Senior Campaign Operations Lead (7-11 yrs Experience)

About the role

The Campaign Operations Lead will own end‑to‑end campaign delivery, performance optimisation and team excellence for managed‑service advertisers on Paytm Ads. You will lead a team operating at the intersection of AdTech systems, data analysis and advertiser execution, driving measurable business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop a team of Campaign Operations Specialists, fostering analytical rigor and deep AdTech knowledge.
• Own delivery across Paytm Ads inventory (Search, Display, Native, Post‑Transaction, Video) and the programmatic ecosystem, ensuring zero‑defect launches and accurate targeting.
• Conduct deep‑dive analyses on performance drivers and apply advanced optimisation frameworks to improve CTR, CVR, CPA and ROAS.
• Partner with Product and Tech teams to debug auction mechanics, pacing logic and attribution, representing Campaign Ops in senior stakeholder discussions.

Required profile

• 7‑11 years of experience in Ad Operations, Campaign Management or Performance Marketing with strong AdTech exposure.
• At least 2 years of experience managing AdOps/Campaign Ops teams.
• Demonstrated analytical problem‑solving ability and comfort working with large datasets.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets.
• SQL and BI tools.
• Mobile Measurement Partners: Appsflyer, Branch, Adjust.
• Google Ads, Meta Ads platforms.
• Demand‑Side Platforms: DV360, TTD.
• Supply‑Side Platforms: Magnite, Pubmatic.
