Senior Business Development Executive – Immediate Joiner

About the role

Armia Systems is seeking a confident and reliable Senior Business Development Executive to join its sales team in Kochi Infopark. The role focuses on driving new business for the company’s digital product engineering services through both inbound and outbound lead management.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct in‑depth market research to identify potential clients, target industries and emerging trends.
• Develop and execute outbound lead generation strategies using LinkedIn, email campaigns, networking events and industry platforms.
• Manage inbound and outbound leads, qualify them against business criteria and convert them into qualified opportunities.
• Own the full sales cycle from lead generation to closure, ensuring consistent follow‑ups and conversions.
• Build and maintain long‑term client relationships through regular communication and strategic engagement.
• Schedule and lead client meetings, deliver presentations, discuss proposals and negotiate contracts.
• Collaborate with internal teams and leadership to align sales strategies with business targets.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM (HubSpot) and report sales activities, pipelines and forecasts to the Business Head.
• Mentor junior BDEs and support their lead generation efforts.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development, lead generation and client acquisition.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet revenue targets and adapt to a dynamic environment.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and capable of managing multiple opportunities.
