Senior Business Analyst – Agentic AI

About the role

The Senior Business Analyst – Agentic AI will drive high‑priority AI initiatives across the organisation. You will translate business needs into AI‑enabled solutions, ensuring they align with strategic goals and deliver sustainable value.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Group functions, the Agentic AI Project Team, Value Enablement, Engineering and business stakeholders to define, prioritise and implement solutions.
• Lead analysis of business processes, systems and workflows to identify automation opportunities.
• Elicit, document and maintain clear, high‑quality requirements and measurable outcomes.
• Partner with technical teams to design, test and validate AI‑driven solutions, managing backlog and delivery sequencing.
• Facilitate workshops, interviews and communication sessions to gather insights and keep stakeholders informed.
• Support change management, training and adoption of new AI features, promoting long‑term operational stability.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• Proven experience in business analysis, preferably within AI or technology projects.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
