Senior Auditor – Enterprise Risk & Internal Audit

About the role

Inspire Brands is seeking a Senior Auditor to lead enterprise risk and internal audit activities within its Hyderabad Support Center. The role focuses on executing SOX and operational audits, leveraging data analytics and emerging AI testing capabilities to strengthen governance and drive efficiencies.

Key responsibilities

• Execute business process audits, including SOX testing, risk assessment, planning, execution, and reporting.
• Perform test of design (TOD) and test of operating effectiveness (TOE) procedures and document results.
• Assist with operational audit execution across the annual plan, including data analytics, control testing, and drafting findings.
• Support deployment of AI testing capabilities by mapping controls, tracking KPIs, and validating AI‑generated workpapers.
• Adopt technology and analytics to improve audit efficiency and provide actionable insights.
• Build internal collaboration within the ER&IA team and develop relationships with risk owners across Accounting, Legal, HR, IT, Operations, and Supply Chain.
• Participate in ad‑hoc projects and special initiatives supporting continuous improvement.
