Senior Associate – Technology Strategy & PMO (Adobe Solutions)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Associate to join our Technology Strategy advisory team in Bengaluru. The role focuses on leading PMO activities and delivering end‑to‑end implementations of Adobe Marketing Cloud solutions for US‑based clients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage realistic project schedules, milestones and success metrics, ensuring delivery within time and budget constraints.
• Lead end‑to‑end implementation projects for Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target and Adobe Campaign.
• Coordinate and mentor a large pool of technical architects and business/technical consultants.
• Maintain governance through status reporting, issue tracking and project communications.
• Engage with client partners, CXOs and industry leads, providing professional communication and relationship management.
• Research customer needs and propose innovative solutions on the Adobe Digital Marketing platform.
• Assess scope, critical paths and dependencies, facilitating cross‑functional discussions.
• Identify, track and mitigate risks and bottlenecks, escalating when necessary.
• Support project estimation, prepare statements of work, define tasks, deliverables, resources and costs.
• Handle day‑to‑day administrative activities, including timesheet review, financial closing and invoicing.
• Maintain regular communication with customers and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Proven project management experience delivering large enterprise‑scale applications and solutions.
• Experience preparing status reports, issue tracking and managing project governance.
• Ability to establish and nurture relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Professional demeanor with strong communication skills for interacting with senior executives.
