Senior Associate – SAP PP (Advisory)

About the role

PwC is looking for a Senior Associate to join its Advisory practice in Bengaluru, focusing on SAP Production Planning (PP). You will help clients optimise their operations by configuring, customizing and deploying SAP PP solutions across implementation, rollout and support projects.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support SAP PP configuration, customization and deployment activities.
• Analyse business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and SAP PP solutions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (MM, QM, SD, WM/EWM, MES) to ensure seamless process integration.
• Support data migration, master‑data setup and validation during project implementations.
• Conduct system testing (Unit, SIT, UAT) and provide post‑go‑live support.
• Troubleshoot production issues while meeting SLA commitments.
• Coordinate with technical teams to develop RICEF objects (reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, forms).

Required profile

• Minimum 4‑5 years of experience in SAP PP implementation or support.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to work with multi‑disciplinary groups.
• Proactive attitude toward continuous improvement and issue resolution.

Required skills

• SAP PP configuration and customization
• Knowledge of SAP MM, QM, SD, WM/EWM and MES modules
• Experience with data migration and master‑data management
• Testing expertise (Unit, SIT, UAT)
• RICEF development (reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, forms)
