Senior Associate – SAP PMO – Enterprise Apps Advisory

About the role

PwC is seeking a Senior Associate to join its SAP Advisory practice in Bangalore. The role focuses on SAP SuccessFactors and enterprise applications, helping clients assess readiness, implement solutions and drive operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Engage in SAP SuccessFactors opportunities and assess customers’ functional and technical readiness for cloud migration.
• Act as the primary client contact throughout implementation projects.
• Conduct scoping workshops, validate effort estimates and define implementation timelines.
• Create baseline project plans and propose service‑delivery transitions.
• Collaborate with resource teams to plan and allocate project resources.
• Follow the SAP Activate methodology to deliver projects across multiple streams.

Required profile

• Senior Associate level with experience in SAP consulting and enterprise applications.
• Proven ability to analyse client needs, design solutions and provide training and support.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
