Senior Associate – SAP Employee Central & Time Tracking (Advisory)

About the role

PwC is looking for a Senior Associate to join its Advisory practice in Bengaluru, focusing on SAP Employee Central and time‑tracking solutions. You will work with multinational clients to design, implement, and support SAP SuccessFactors modules that streamline HR processes and improve operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the Employee Central workstream for large, multi‑country implementations.
• Configure core Employee Central functionalities including Foundation, Position Management, Employee Master Data, and Employee Life Cycle Events.
• Set up and manage Time Off and Benefits modules, including creation of absence time types and time account types.
• Enable assignment of time‑off master data to employees and ensure seamless integration with payroll and other HR systems.
• Provide training, documentation, and post‑go‑live support to client teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 4‑6 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations.
• Proven track record of leading the Employee Central track for international or large domestic customers.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a client‑focused mindset.
